About Me
20+ Years Treating Head & Neck Injuries
Board-Certified Head & Neck Injury Specialist
Dr. Sasha Blaskovich, Doctorate of Chiropractic — Head and Neck Injury Specialist
Dr. Blaskovich (or “Dr. B,” as many patients call him) is a board-certified chiropractic doctor specializing in the assessment and treatment of head and neck injuries. After playing football for over a decade and treating injured patients for more than 20 years, he has gained extensive first-hand experience with every condition, pain, and trauma associated with mild traumatic brain injury and whiplash-induced neck injuries. He has devoted his career to helping people overcome the same struggles he faced with his own head and neck, focusing his continued education and training on this specialty for over two decades.
Neck Injuries Are Often Mistaken for Concussions
Most medical research and attention has focused on the chemical and structural changes to the brain after a concussion — with little regard for the fact that neck injuries can occur at a lower g-force than what’s typically required to cause a concussion. This means you could sustain a neck injury without a brain injury, or both, depending on the force of impact. In Dr. B’s experience, it’s rare to find someone with a concussion who didn’t also injure their neck.

Clinics Across North America and Europe
Dr. Blaskovich treats patients daily for both acute and chronic head and neck injuries at his two North American clinics — the Whiplash & Injury Clinic in Langley, BC (a suburb of Vancouver) and in Lynden, WA (about two hours north of Seattle). He also runs a clinic near Rotterdam in the Netherlands, where he is fluent in English, Dutch, and Croatian.
For patients who are unable to travel, Dr. Blaskovich offers remote consultations — reviewing your symptom summary and imaging, then providing a written, independent analysis of his findings.
Dr. Blaskovich holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary, and a Doctorate in Podiatry from the Netherlands. He is board-certified in Canada, the USA, and the Netherlands, and has worked with professional athletes from the NHL, NFL, CFL, and professional wrestling.
